Events of July 18, 2006

The events of July 18, 2006, were the culmination of a 10 month courtship.  This is the day my gorgeous girlfriend became my gorgeous wife.

We got married at 9:15 am at the Norwalk courthouse before a very cordial, yet efficient, justice of the peace.  Taoski slipped a $120 ring on my finger, the cheapest we could find, and I put an old family ring her finger.  My brother Dave showed up 10 minutes late, and missed the whole thing.  After the ceremony, we were issued marriage certificates on the spot. 

We went for a celebratory breakfast at a coffee shop.  Tao thinks Denny's.  I remember IHOP.  After that, we took a tour of the San Pedro Harbor.  A month later we had a 4 day honeymoon at Catalina Island.

My Dad created the above flier announcing the good news, which we distributed to some family here after the fact and sent to China.
